Kinbinder keeps your family's health records on your own iPhone. We have no account system and no server that stores your health data, which means we have no way to read it.
You choose what to record. It may include:
All of it is stored on your device. If you have iPhone backup turned on, this data is included in that backup and protected by it.
There are only three cases, and every one of them is triggered by you tapping a button:
Outside of these, Kinbinder does not send anything anywhere.
AI requests pass through a relay we operate on Cloudflare Workers, which forwards them to the AI provider and returns the result. The relay does not store request or response contents.
AI processing is performed by Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) under their commercial API terms, which do not permit using submitted content to train their models.
If you are in the EU or UK, health information is special category data. Our legal basis for sending it is your explicit consent, given when you tap "Extract" or "Explain." You can use Kinbinder entirely without those features — everything else works offline.
None. Kinbinder has no analytics, no crash reporting SDK, no advertising identifier and no user accounts. The app's Privacy Manifest submitted to Apple declares zero collected data types.
The app stores a few non-health settings locally on your device using Apple's standard preferences system: your language choice, whether you have accepted the terms, and a monthly counter of how many AI operations you have used. It also reads file timestamps to order your documents by date. None of this leaves your device.
Because we hold no copy of your data, requests to access or erase it are things you carry out yourself inside the app — there is nothing on our side to retrieve or delete.
Kinbinder is intended for adults. If you create a record for someone under 18, the app asks you to confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Kinbinder is a tool for organizing medical records. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations. AI-extracted values are always shown to you for review against the original document before they are saved, and AI explanations are written to raise questions for your doctor — not to answer them. For medication, dosage and any care decision, rely on the original documents and your clinician.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will update the effective date above and describe the change in the app's release notes.

App 会用 Apple 标准的偏好设置在本机保存几项与健康无关的设置：你选择的语言、是否已同意条款，以及本月已使用的 AI 次数计数。它也会读取文件时间戳，用于按时间排列你的文档。这些都不会离开你的设备。
因为我们手上没有你数据的任何副本，所谓「访问」与「删除」都由你在 App 内自行完成——我们这边没有可供调取或删除的东西。
Kinbinder 面向成年人。若你为未满 18 岁的人建立档案，App 会要求你确认自己是其父母或法定监护人。我们不会在知情的情况下收集儿童的信息。
Kinbinder 是病历整理工具，不是医疗服务，不提供诊断或治疗建议。AI 提取的数值一律先交给你对照原件核对，确认后才入库；AI 的解读是为了帮你想出该问医生什么，而不是替医生回答。用药、剂量和任何就医决策，请以原件和医生的意见为准。
若本政策发生影响数据处理方式的变更，我们会更新上方生效日期，并在 App 的版本说明中写明。
